Summer Touch Sessions
Touch will now be played on both Tuesday and Thursday. Both of these will start at 6:30 at Bocek.

The match versus the York Yeomen is August 22nd. Get your passports now. Here is a link to US Department of State travel requirements for Canada. There are some rule changes effective July 1, so the easiest thing to do is get a passport. Here is a link to apply and renew a passport. The current wait time for processing is 4-6 weeks. You can also apply in person at the Post Office by appointment.

Airport Parking
Airport Fast Park at BWI is offering the team a rate of $6.40 per day to park. This is a great deal for anyone that travels frequently. I used it last weekend so I can vouch for them and they were good. They picked us up and dropped us off at our car, and we didn't have to wait at all. Click this link to sign up. Our company name is Baltimore Brumbies Chesapeake and our company code is 0326207.

Coaches Corner

The Bocek Brumbies have been having a good season with many new faces coming out to practices and games. We had 25 Kids attend our second games of the season in DC on the 11th. This past week our U-15s won against DC in the first game, and then barely lost in the rematch. The U-9’s won their game against Arden. Our U-11’s won against Hyde and Arden. Big thanks to Francesco Paganini, who stepped up to help out a couple weeks ago, and Danny Cohen for the extra Hands with that many kids.

There is a lot of dedication from some of these kids, and we need to continue to give them support. We can always use more hands to assist with transportation and wrangling. There is a lot of energy there, it just needs to be focused in the right way. If you can come out and help, that would be appreciated. This week it’s off to Lutherville-Timonium, where we go against Bonner’s team.

There is a Home Game on Saturday, July 25th against Arden. Please come out and join the kids for a good day of Rugby. We’ll will need extra hands at the field for the setup and during the day with Concessions. Please make sure you come out to support the Little Brumbies. Please also remember that there is no alcohol allowed at youth games.
